The Brief

Chris and Anna visited our show site with a vision of creating an all-year-round family entertaining space at the rear of their garden.

During our home visit, it quickly became clear that a beautiful circular lawn and patio provided the perfect setting for the studio.

Working together, we developed a bespoke design that made the most of the position within the garden, with carefully positioned rear windows extending the views beyond the building

The Outcome

The completed garden room creates a welcoming space for relaxing and entertaining throughout the year, sitting naturally within its garden setting.

Carefully chosen glazing brings natural light into the room while maintaining views through the building, creating a bright and inviting space for family and friends to enjoy.

Chris and Anna’s interior design choices completed the project beautifully, creating a relaxed entertaining space centred around their pool table and perfectly suited to the way they wanted to use the building.

Every last detail of the garden studio was thought through

We had been considering a garden room for the last few years and did speak to a couple of companies that offered a nationwide service. None of them impressed us with their proposed designs or level of enthusiasm and so the idea never progressed.

We then found Henley Garden Buildings practically on our doorstep. The concept of a metal frame with composite cladding immediately appealed for it’s longevity, sturdiness and lack of ongoing maintenance. We made an appointment to meet Kevin and couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. His planning and attention to detail were fantastic. Every last detail was thought through and the schedule was communicated clearly and more importantly, adhered to precisely.

Building a garden room is an investment, but with Henley Garden Buildings we received an end product that we are truly delighted in. The installation team were hard working, tidy and a pleasure to speak to. At each stage we were given options and both Kevin and Luke went above and beyond to find additional samples of flooring and paint to get the finish just right. We are really pleased with the end result and the quality of the finish is excellent. Every part of the process was professionally managed right through to a formal handover at the end. Even the warranties for materials had been registered in our name giving us the confidence that this company is a company on top of their game.

I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Kevin and Henley Garden Buildings to anyone with a similar dream of one day building their own garden retreat.
