The Avon Garden Studio

June and Angelo first visited our show site with a vision of a glass room, with toilet facility that could be used all year round. The garden room was to be positioned centrally to the left side of their truly beautiful garden.
We set to work on designing an all year round studio with doors and glazing to suit their requirements, making the most of the 180 degree view.
Due to how beautiful the garden was, we thought that Spiced Oak would compliment the surroundings and it was agreed that the slatted spiced oak panelling would give the studio a defined silhouette to the backdrop of the mature trees.
The final design was agreed to be 5m x 3m in size, a bespoke Avon Studio accommodating a 3.5m Bi-fold door to the front and a 2.5m Bi-fold door to the side, opening up both elevations of the studio. A toilet facility would also be incorporated so a full height glazed unit to the side of this room ensured June and Angelo of the view across their garden from wherever they sat in the room.
Internally the walls were painted with Silver Birch and the ceiling in Snow. The floor is finished in Chelsea Oak laminate and the door to the toilet facility was finished with polished chrome ironmongery.
The final result, if we do say so ourselves, is simply stunning. A unique beautiful studio!

When we first decided to have a garden building, our first thought was to get one constructed by a builder as we had specific ideas regarding what we wanted.
Whilst driving to Stratford on Avon we came across Henley Garden Buildings and decided to call in, which turned out to be a great decision.

The construction team were equally helpful and professional. They worked in a tidy manner and kept disruption to a minimum.
The finished garden room matched the quality of the service from Kevin and Jackie and we were delighted at the outcome.
We now have a multifunctional garden room which can be used either as an open space, lounge area or an office.
It is a wonderful construction that is built to last.
