We pride ourselves on the personal service we offer all of our clients and will work closely with you from the initial design process, through planning, installation and final completion when we give you the keys to your beautiful new Retreat.
The process of buying and building your Retreat will not be at all stressful as we oversee the complete programme and will regularly be on site throughout the process to ensure any questions you may have are answered.
Following the final handover, we remain committed with our aftercare to all of our clients, ensuring you are able to contact us directly’.

We will visit you to survey the area for the building, discuss the plans and give advice and guidance for the site and groundworks that will be needed, with consideration given to location of electrics, water and waste, site clearance and access for deliveries.
Following the site visit, plans and drawings will be designed for your building with internal finishes . You will then be invited in to view our proposal and costings. At this stage the designs can be amended to reflect any changes or additions you might require.
When the final design and costings are agreed, we will hold a final consultation meeting where the full specification of the design will be discussed and agreed including the Interior finishes – paint, flooring, electrical and lighting choices. An initial deposit (see payment schedule) will be required to reserve a build date and schedule the building into our working programme. Once this design is scheduled in our programme of works, the building cannot be amended. At this stage the planning process will begin.
We work with and will commission a specialised planning consultant, who will submit the necessary applications and work alongside us to liaise with local planning officers. We will ensure that you are kept informed of progress at every stage. Our planning consultant has extensive knowledge of the industry and has been carefully selected by us to reflect the same ethics and ethos that we pride ourselves on.
A £2500 non-refundable deposit will secure your installation date, cover a technical survey, all preliminary design work and the start of the planning permission process. We believe in complete transparency, therefore you must be aware that this deposit covers the cost of our planning consultant and relevant drawings needed for the process.
Should your planning not be granted, this deposit will not be refunded.
