During your final consultation, we provide a clear, tailored schedule of works, detailing who will be on-site and when, so you know exactly what to expect throughout your build.
You’ll receive a detailed window and door schedule, outlining all specifications, including the positioning and operation of each door.
We include skip hire for waste removal and a portaloo on site so everything is in place, professionally managed, and hassle-free.

As part of our design process, we include a flexible allowance within your proposal, which can be depending on your design direction you choose. This is discussed during your consultation so that the layout, finish, and function suit the way you will use the space.
Bathrooms can be fitted as part of your Annexe or Retreat, whether you need a compact shower room or something more spacious and spa-like.
